COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
Personal DataEZSafety App asks for your name and your contacts' phone numbers. The data stays on your cell phone and EZSafety App uses this data to send text messages to your contacts upon your request or according to your pre-set schedule. This data is not shared with anyone. It won't be transmitted to us either.
Location Information
EZSafety App requests access to location information from your mobile device when text messages are sent to your contacts, to provide them with location info so they can help you or check on you. You may decline this location request and your location won't be shared with your contacts. If you wish to change EZSafety App's access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Background Location Permission
EZSafety App also requests your cell phone's location info when you miss your scheduled check-in and your contacts need to be notified to check on you, while EZSafety App is running in the background. After you schedule your check-in and then switch to other apps, you put EZSafety App in the background. In the case you miss your scheduled check-in, text messages will be sent to your contacts so that they can check on you. To help your contacts locate you and provide quick help in case of emergency, EZSafety App will try to let your contacts know your currecnt location in the text messages, when it may be running in the background. You may decline to give EZSafety App this background location permission and your contacts won't receive your location info when you miss your scheduled check-in. If you wish to change EZSafety App's access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Access
EZSafety App requests access to your mobile device, in order to send text messages to your contacts upon your request or according to your pre-set schedule. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings. EZSafety App doesn't access your cell phone's contact info.
USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
EZSafety App asks for your name so your contacts can identify you when they receive your text messages. You enter this name explicitly. EZSafety App sends text messages to your contacts whom you specify explicitly in EZSafety App. The data stays on your cell phone and won't be shared with anyone.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
All your info stays on your cell phone and we don't have access to it.
STORAGE AND SAFEGUARD OF YOUR INFORMATION
Your data is only stored on your cell phone, we don't have access to it. We don't store it as a result.
POLICY FOR CHILDREN
We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. Any user data stays on the user's phone and we don't have access to the data.
